Who is Eligible for Our Programs?

  • Pregnant mothers and children up to the age of three years old for our Early Head Start program
  • Children who are 3 and 4-years of age
  • Families who meet State or Head Start income eligibility
  • Foster children and families receiving TANF, SNAP SSI
  • Families experiencing homelessness
  • Children with disabilities are encouraged to apply

Income Guidelines

To determine your income eligibility refer to the chart below. Identify the number of family members in your household and the maximum amount of income allowable to qualify for the Head Start/Early Head Start program.

For families/households with more than 8 persons, add $5,140 for each additional person.
